Koopssus, Training Is A Manifestation of The TNI's Tri Matra Synergy

The Commander in Chief of the Indonesian National Armed Forces stated that the Koopssus (Special Forces Operations Command).

Special Action Exercise for the TNI is a manifestation of the Tri Matra TNI synergy in the framework of readiness to carry out special operations in an integrated and professional manner.

This exercise is also a form of interoperability between the units carrying out the exercise, so that Koopssus is ready to be mobilized at any time.

The achievement of zero accidents, the dedication, enthusiasm and loyalty shown in this exercise, said the TNI Commander, is one form of our responsibility to continue to guarantee protection and security for all Indonesian citizens wherever they are.

The TNI Commander reminded that there are no professional soldiers who are formed without training, only soldiers who are properly trained and trained will be able to carry out their duties to the fullest.

"Therefore, never get tired of practicing, practicing and continuing to practice because you are sure and believe that all the exercises that have been carried out continuously will increase unit preparedness," said the TNI Commander in his message which was read out by TNI Chief Lt. Gen. Bambang Ismawan when closing " Special Action Training for the TNI Koopssus Semester I FY.2023” at Cirebon Port, Lemahwungkuk, Cirebon, West Java, Friday (16/6).

According to the TNI Commander, responding to the current trend of developments in the strategic environment both nationally and internationally with the widespread threat of terrorism in various parts of the world does not rule out the possibility that these actions can occur in the future, both from abroad and within the country.

"On a national scale, in the future a democratic party will be held, namely the 2024 election.

This certainly needs special attention in securing the democratic party so that it can be carried out safely and smoothly because it does not rule out that this moment will be used by certain parties to carry out acts of terror and other acts," said the TNI Commander.

The TNI Commander also said that the TNI Koopssus was actually formed to counter terrorism, namely as a deterrent, prosecution and restorer.

Special operations certainly require high speed and success, in order to protect Indonesian territory.

Therefore, the troops who are members of the Koopssus TNI are not playing games.
